Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original packaging. Due to the nature of food products, we're unable to accept returns of opened or used items except in cases of damage or defect on arrival.

Damaged or defective items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact our support team within 48 hours with your order number and photos — this is eligible for return or replacement regardless of packaging condition.

To initiate any return, contact our support team with your order number. Once approved, return the item to: Spencer Plaza, Mount Road, Anna Salai, Chennai - 600002. Return shipping is at the customer's expense for change-of-mind returns; we cover return shipping for damaged or defective items.

Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the returned item, credited to your original payment method. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI — please share your bank/UPI details with our support team when initiating the return.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.
